- Audit backup documentation included with invoices (timesheets, material receipts, etc.) before invoice payment approval by the Project Manager.
- Send invoices to offshore AP team for processing and monitor/tracking issues with payments.
- Manage payment Inquiry group mailbox, addressing questions from vendors with a focus on customer service.
- Generate monthly metrics reports on invoice issues using Excel.
- Assist in developing process improvements and implementing new ways of working.
- SAP experience (A/P, A/R, Finance) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with Outlook, DocuSign, and SharePoint
- Business or accounting background preferred

Location: St. Louis, MO 63164
Duration: 6 months (No possibility of extension)
Pay: $24hr to $27hr depending on experience level
Job Description:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will provide financial support for capital projects. This role is responsible for ensuring timely processing and payment of invoices, working closely with outside vendors and Accounts Payable to resolve payment inquiries. The Accounts Payable Specialist will collaborate with the Accounts Receivables team and Project Management teams.
