- Developing and managing relationships within our SMB market segment employee based companies)
- Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
- Demonstrating our product via the Web
- 3 – 5 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
- Experience selling business applications is strongly preferred
- Expertise in understanding the business processes and systems involved in running SMB size organizations
- Demonstrable knowledge of key ROI and TCO principles used in financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO level
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
- Strong and demonstrable written and verbal communications skills
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
- Previous Sales Methodology training preferred
- ATS, Staffing and CRM experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
- Strong customer references
- Strong computer skills, including anything SaaS related
- Bachelor or University Degree required
