What will you be doing:
CareLinc is looking for Diabetes Care Specialists which is a customer service position that works with patients, physicians, manufacturer reps, and insurance companies in facilitating the sale of insulin pumps, CGMs, pump and testing supplies.
The Customer Service Representative must be equipped with a skillset that demonstrates empathy, problem solving skills and the ability to provide appropriate solutions for customers and referral sources. The day-to-day functionality of this job involves servicing a large customer and referral base to fulfill Durable Medical Equipment needs. This individual must have patience and a willingness to go above and beyond to resolve customer / referral concerns while maintaining a positive attitude.
