Sheldon Cleaners is looking for customer service representatives with the following traits/skills:

  • Greeting and assisting customers by creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
  • Building relationships and customer connections through positive, memorable interactions and service delivery.
  • Utilize inventory management software, process payments, and conduct customer research.
  • Detail garments, interpret care labels, assign pricing, and sort items.
  • Demonstrate dependability with attendance, key responsibilities, and core behaviors.
  • Flexible availability and reliable transportation.

HOURS AND COMPENSATION:


  • Full time typically results in 3540 hours per week.
  • Typically 2 shifts: 6am2pm or 2pm to 10pm with four 10 hour days per week
  • Rotating weekends
  • Pay ranges from $14$15 with opportunity for advancement.
  • Automatic, stepped up pay raises every 90 days in your first year.
- $500 Annual Sign-on bonus
