    Description
    HR Generalist opening.

    This position will run the day-to-day activities of the HR department including recruiting, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices for all locations.

    Flexible work environment (1 WFH Day Per Week)

    HR Generalist, Here's What You'll Do:

    Manage employee engagement strategy and implementation to maintain consistent branding, alignment with business objectives, and effective communication, including via social media in partnership with marketing team and overseeing the publication of the company newsletter.

    Manage and facilitate Employee Engagement Surveys, carefully analyzing data, communicating results, consulting key stakeholders, and developing improvement plans to foster an inclusive, engaged workplace.

    Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

    Design and implement a performance management program focused on providing regular feedback, developing top performers, and providing career growth.

    Connect with employees through the entire employee life cycle, providing employee relations support and conflict resolution.

    Administer daily processing of benefits including but not limited to handling enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, disability, rollovers, loans, and hardships.

    Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
    ~3 years of HR experience.
    ~ Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
    ~ Experience with utilizing a HRIS
