    HR Generalist
    Location: Cleveland (paid parking)
    Pay: $27/hourly
    Hours: M-F, 8-5
    Length: 3-6 months

    Staffing Solutions Enterprises is looking for an HR generalist/assistant for our Cleveland client Please see below and apply if interested.

    Job Duties:
    • Effectively manage employee and intern pre-boarding and onboarding by following the new hire workflow based on the job being filled.
    • Ensures a complete and orderly file (paper & electronic) to ensure documentation is available.
    • Schedule and coordinate new hire orientation with new hires and internal staff participating in training topics.
    • Record and manage employee information in appropriate databases to ensure accuracy, including but not limited to, personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, and termination information.
    • Administer employee surveys through designated survey system.
    • Complete fingerprinting in the BCI system for candidates and current employees.
    • Coordinate organization-wide employee recognition programs.
    • Act as point of contact for all FMLA and other leave requests. Process, monitor and manage leave administration timely.
