    Description
    We are looking for broadly-skilled, resourceful and talented people to join our Aurora team.

    Customer Solutions This career area offers front-line involvement with fast-paced day-to-day McMaster-Carr operations


    Responsibilities could include:
    Guiding our diverse clientele quickly and effectively through our enormous inventory to find the specific products they need to meet their business goals
    Identifying new customer opportunities, responding to current customers, and enhancing our marketing file with findings from your research
    Providing value-added solutions to our customers' unique questions, based on sound research and data analysis


    Strong candidates should be able to produce high-quality work at a fast pace, while thinking creatively and critically in order to meet new challenges.

    Benefits and Compensation The starting pay range for this role is $70,000 $80,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

    In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for Cash Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (DPS) contributions.
