    Role:
    Email Marketing Manager
    As our


    Email Manager , you will manage and develop email programs, to increase revenue, build customer engagement, enhance retention, and communicate company news and updates.

    This role requires an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate individual who can harness their marketing expertise to manage our email program and initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will be an expert in email marketing and should possess a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals.

    Responsibilities:
    Maintain the timely execution of Perricone MD's email program – marketing and transactional.
    Concept and develop customer segmentation strategies to ensure email relevance.
    Develop a testing strategy to continually optimize email performance, from delivery to purchase.
    Identify, test and implement new opportunities to improve conversion and customer satisfaction via email communications.
    Manage and optimize the design, content and layout of all email communications.

    Coordinate with creative, product and marketing stakeholders to develop business cases, campaigns, briefs, effective designs and landing experiences for email initiatives.

    Analyze, monitor and communicate performance of email initiatives.
    Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance.
    Write email campaign briefs and email copy.
    Develop transactional email programming and tactics.
    Track, analyze and report on customer email behavior and email performance.
    Partner with our core business teams on initiatives and support.
    KPI's
    Achieve annual email channel revenue goals, measured quarterly
    Achieve annual email customer acquisition and retention goals, measured quarterly
    Achieve agreed upon email marketing and customer engagement KPI's

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related degree.
    Minimum 4+ years email marketing experience, including hands-on experience.
    Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing email campaigns, working closely with creative, marketing and product teams.
    Demonstrated experience managing email programs, email marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and content strategy for an ecommerce company.
    Solid analytical abilitites to monitor end-to-end campaign performance.

    Ability to think outside-the-box and create and execute innovative campaigns and programs from the ground-up with little resource and within short time frames.

    Excellent project management, time management and problem-solving skills.
    Experience in the design and execution of A/B and multivariate testing programs online and in email.
    Solid experience with customer segmentation, dynamic content, and customized messaging.
    Knowledge of cross-channel integrations (social media, web marketing, etc.)
    Excellent internal reporting skills.
    Solid understanding of email delivery and deliverability issues.
    Good working knowledge of HTML and SQL a plus.
    Self-starter who can thrive and have fun in a start-up environment.
