ABOUT THE ROLE:


ABOUT YOU:


  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a knack for developing compelling campaigns.
  • Proficient in copywriting, with a bonus if you have experience with design tools like Figma
  • Comfortable developing A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and execute automated lifecycle marketing campaigns (e.g., new customer onboarding), eventdriven campaigns (e.g., new menu launches), and themed marketing lead campaigns (e.g., Pie Day campaign).
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including operations, guest support, partnerships, and strategy, to ideate and implement effective campaigns and promotions.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales metrics and the performance of different customer segments, to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and tone of voice for new brands within Local Kitchens, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably within a brandoriented startup environment.
  • Strong creative skills, with a keen eye for design and copywriting.
  • Experience with tools such as Customer.
IO, Braze, Mailchimp, or Iterable is a plus.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • We are an inoffice culture and come into the office 5 days/week.
