- Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting API solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define roadmaps, business requirements and associated epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
- Prioritize the value of work the scrum teams perform
- Participate in bi-weekly and quarterly planning and grooming sessions with the scrum teams
- Ensure that the scrum teams understand items in the product backlog to the level needed
- Act as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product
- Work with key stakeholders across the team to ensure successful product releases including (APIs, Import/Exports, 3rd party integrations)
- Demonstrate learning from customer discovery/pragmatic marketing and learns new concepts easily
- Support one or more highly complex products and work seamlessly as a product team member
- Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation (JIRA, Salesforce, Tableau)
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams on documentation assistance for design and modeling of software applications
- Expert communicator and collaborator with both business, product and technology teams at all levels

- 5-8 years of experience managing API integrations or in a Product Management role
- 3-5 years years of technical work experience involving data management/integrations
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with a product focusPower user
- Experience with Jira
- Experience building products for the Human Capital Management space in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with working with public sector customer preferred but not required
- Experience building and mapping data file imports & exports
- Experience with HR and/or TMS software and relative processes preferred

The Technical Product Manager will join our Platform Connect/Integrations Team (APIs and Integrations). In this position, you will work with a team of highly skilled product managers, managers, developers and subject matter experts.
