    Description

    Administrative Assistant needed for Private Investment firm with magnificent offices in the heart of NYC K base plus extremely generous bonus, benefits and perks.

    Need a polished and professional career Administrative Assistant to assist analysts with calendar management including scheduling appointments, booking meeting venues, coordinating domestic and international travel, assisting visitors and reconciling and submitting expense reports. Perform general administrative duties including filing, copying, faxing and mailings.

    Pro-active and hands on mentality, with solid technology skills including Outlook and Excel required.

    Must come out of RE or Private Investment firm.

    Wonderful group of people with a real family feel.

    Base salary up to 95K with sensational benefits package and great perks.
