    Job Requirements:
    Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our D2C brands including Wrangler, Lee, Dockers, Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us
    Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI across all brands.

    Create and oversee Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) to enhance brand visibility and engagement, including developing creative strategies, messaging, and ad formats.

    Coordinate with content creators and copywriters to develop compelling ad copy and content tailored to specific audience segments and campaign objectives.

    Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to brand websites, including conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page optimization strategies.

    Conduct SEO link building activities to enhance domain authority and improve search engine rankings for targeted keywords.
    Manage Google Search Console to monitor website performance, identify technical issues, and optimize website visibility in SERPs.
    Optimize GMC feeds to ensure accurate product information and improve visibility in Google Shopping results.
    Develop and execute affiliate marketing programs to expand brand reach and drive sales through partner networks.
    Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
    Monitor and analyse key performance metrics across all digital channels to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
    Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, Looker Studio and experience with data-driven decision-making.
    Hands-on experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns for consumer brands, including experience with budget management and AOP planning.
    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.

    Qualifications:


    Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends, with the ability to develop strategies aligned with budgetary constraints and AOP targets.

    Excellent communication and project management skills, including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present plans and results to stakeholders.
    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
    Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are a plus.

    Passion for consumer brands and a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies that deliver on budgetary goals and AOP targets.
