    Elle Selle we are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services.
    • Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
    • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner.
    • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
    • Maintain customer records by accurately updating account information.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

    $850 - $1150week
