    Craftexcom We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone calls and emails.

    As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Your friendly and professional demeanor will be essential in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

    Pay range: $ $30.00 hourly

    Key Responsibilities

    • Answering phone calls and responding to customer emails promptly and professionally
    • Providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services
    • Assisting customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments
    • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a proactive and efficient manner
    • Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
    • Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
