    Job Description

    As a Licensed Call Center Agent at Elitecore Insurance, you will handle both inbound and outbound leads, focusing on selling ACA health insurance plans. This role requires a **full-time commitment** of 40 hours per week, with the chance to **earn** a competitive hourly wage along with commissions. We are looking for **motivated individuals** who can consistently secure 2-3 deals daily.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain open communication with the compliance team and manager to address any application issues promptly.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within deadlines.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments for sales efforts.
    • Demonstrate punctuality and commitment to the work schedule.
    Qualifications:
    • Must hold a valid health insurance agent license.
    • Proven sales experience; call center experience is **desirable**.
    • Strong selling, communication, and negotiation abilities.
    • Create and deliver tailored presentations to meet audience needs.
    • Highly motivated with a successful sales track record.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet daily sales goals.
