Description

We are hiring professional Call Center Representatives to work an onsite government contracted job. The right candidate will have previous call center experience and excellent communication skills. Must be available to work on weekends, and have flexibility with schedule. This is an onsite opportunity located in Miramar, FL Please apply if interested Schedule: Must be available to work anytime between 7am – 10pm. Must be available on weekend

salary: $19.3 - $19.35 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and issues
Accurately enter customer information and details into the database
Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication
Handle a high volume of calls efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution
Meet and exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment
