    Description

    The Account Manager within the Sales team at Fever Tree USA Inc. organization is an enthusiastic, self-driven individual. Responsible for growing Fever-Tree business in your designated territory, educating trade and consumers on brand attributes, and nurturing key account relationships to meet company sales objectives. You will have a crucial role in boosting sales, managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role demands strategic thinking, sales proficiency, and relationship-building skills to maneuver the competitive landscape effectively and maximize revenue growth.

    Territory: North & Central Jersey, Westchester, Queens, Long Island

    Key Responsibilities:

    Account Management & In-Market Activities:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current clients, including distributors, retailers, and hospitality establishments in on and off-premise channels.
    • Act as the main contact for client inquiries, orders, and concerns, ensuring timely issue resolution.
    • Monitor account performance and sales metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and logistics to meet client needs and enhance customer experience.
    • Ensure flawless execution and effectiveness of market activities (POS, feature & display activities)
    • Participate in business development initiatives, including sales calls, market blitzes, and provide guidance to Fever-Tree Distributor Sales Teams

    Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden market reach and boost sales volume.
    • Conduct market research to grasp industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities for strategic decision-making.
    • Proactively seek and engage potential clients through networking events, trade shows, and targeted outreach campaigns.
    • Create personalized sales pitches and proposals to highlight the value of our premium mixer products and secure new accounts.
    • Communicate effectively with Fever-Tree departments including National Accounts, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
    • Prioritize and execute product launches within the geography: pricing, inventory, strategy, tracking, and measurement

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
    • 2 – 4 years of experience in sales or hospitality industry.
    • Bar/restaurant/hotel operator or distributor experience is a plus.
    • Strong existing relationships with key decision-makers in on and off-premise, as well as spirits industry network.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong budget management skills required.
    • Deep understanding of market & industry trends, passion for winning, results-oriented attitude, thoughtful problem-solving approach, and positive energy.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work remotely.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, travel ad hoc basis including nights and weekends required.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to lift up to 45lbs regularly.

    Ability to travel regularly and stay overnight as needed for business.
