    Now Hiring: Account Manager (Inside Sales)

    Base salary of $ per week. Total first-year compensation $55-65K+ with no limit. Package includes healthcare, retirement, and PTO. Must have experience in the flooring industry to be considered.

    About the Job and Company:

    ProSource's goal is to assist trade professionals and their clients in successfully completing their projects. As an Account Manager (Inside Sales Professional), you'll be eager to learn and enthusiastic about helping other businesses leverage ProSource's growth solutions.

    Role Details:

    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with current Trade Pro Members and their clients to position ProSource as their primary source for flooring and cabinets.
    • Proactively engage with trade professionals currently not working with ProSource to demonstrate how membership can help grow their business.
    • Ask questions to understand the goals and projects of your members or prospects, offering solutions that set you apart from their competitors.
    • Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences for trade pros and their clients.
    • Stay informed about industry products, home remodeling trends, and news through various training opportunities.
    • Keep our CRM system updated with member and prospect information.
    • Demonstrate urgency and motivation to surpass goals.
    • Develop strong partnerships with the showroom team.
    • Maintain a positive attitude and find enjoyment in your work.

    Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED
    • Strong customer service and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    • Previous experience in wholesale sales, or flooring/kitchen & bath is advantageous
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Basic technology and internet knowledge (using mobile devices, apps, and internet search)
