    About the Position

    Join our team at BeaconFire as we look for an Account Manager who is eager to nurture strong client relationships and ensure smooth recruitment processes. Your role will involve maintaining and expanding client and vendor partnerships, managing recruitment activities, and aligning service delivery with client needs.

    Our ideal candidate must have a solid grasp of technical positions and excel in cross-team communication and client interactions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain relationships with client hiring and vendor account managers for successful partnerships.
    • Handle a steady flow of qualified candidates to meet client demands effectively.
    • Handle communications with discretion and ensure timely conveyance of critical information.
    • Understand technical roles thoroughly and relay client requirements accurately to the staffing team.
    • Collaborate with management to target key market segments and drive business growth.
    • Cultivate industry connections for insights, referrals, and sales leads.
    • Enhance client satisfaction through various customer service initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
    • Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
    • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Location: East Windsor, NJ (onsite work required)
