- Generate and maintain relevant technical sales documentation
- Completely and accurately fill out Customer Questionnaire
- Effectively communicates and negotiates complex sales contracts with customers
- Educates customers on new products and product enhancements, articulates and presents product features and benefits
- May provide technical guidance and leadership to other representatives
- Understand customer needs and help them meet their business and technical challenges
- Attends trade shows, symposiums and conferences as appropriate
- Travel up to 75%
- Work closely with all levels of STX employees on a daily basis

- Minimum Two (2) years' related to Composites production parts using L-RTM technologies / Infusion, VA-RTM
- Or Minimum three (3) years' related sales experience in the Composites industry
- Or Minimum of five (5) years Sales or Customer Service experience with a proven track record of sales success
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Textile or Composite Engineering is required
- The ability to utilize knowledge of product capability to recognize opportunities where SAERTEX can provide solutions to customers' needs
- Significant travel within assigned sales territory, up to 75%; willingness to work flexible schedule, including overnight travel
- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with customers, management staff and co-workers; strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills; positive customer service focus
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's Degree in Composite Engineering
- Five (5) plus years' related experience in the composites industry
