    Job Title:
    Regional Sales ManagerLocation: Huntersville, NC / Remote (ability to come to office)

    Reports To:
    Sr.

    VP of Sales, Marketing & LogisticsSCOPE OF POSITION:
    Responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities as well as managing some existing accounts. Outside Sales Representatives will be responsible for generating and achieving all sales and profit metrics.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Generate and maintain relevant technical sales documentationCompletely and accurately fill out Customer Questionnaire Effectively communicates and negotiates complex sales contracts with customersEducates customers on new products and product enhancements, articulates and presents product features and benefitsMay provide technical guidance and leadership to other representativesUnderstand customer needs and help them meet their business and technical challengesAttends trade shows, symposiums and conferences as appropriateTravel up to 75%Work closely with all levels of STX employees on a daily basisTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Minimum Two (2) years' related to Composites production parts using L-RTM technologies / Infusion, VA-RTMOr Minimum three (3) years' related sales experience in the Composites industryOr Minimum of five (5) years Sales or Customer Service experience with a proven track record of sales successBachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Textile or Composite Engineering is requiredThe ability to utilize knowledge of product capability to recognize opportunities where SAERTEX can provide solutions to customers' needsSignificant travel within assigned sales territory, up to 75%; willingness to work flexible schedule, including overnight travelAbility to build and maintain effective business relationships with customers, management staff and co-workers; strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills; positive customer service focusValid driver's licensePreferred:Bachelor's Degree in Composite EngineeringFive (5) plus years' related experience in the composites industry
