    iGraphics: iGraphics is a company specializing in industrial label manufacturing located in Grass Valley, CA. We are currently in search of a remote sales professional to oversee sales of labels and decals to manufacturers and producers of durable goods.

    Job Overview: We are in need of a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager with expertise in the label printing sector to join our team in the Western region of the United States. The ideal candidate should possess a background in selling durable labels to manufacturers and must be located in or west of the Rockies, with relocation options open for discussion.

    As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will involve spearheading sales growth within your designated territory. This role demands a blend of technical sales proficiency, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving success in the printing industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Devise and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals in the assigned region
    • Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to maximize sales opportunities
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Conduct regular sales meetings and offer mentorship to the sales team
    • Collaborate with cross-functional units for effective product launches and marketing initiatives
    • Track sales performance metrics and present periodic reports to senior management
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience in technical sales, particularly within the label printing sphere
    • Proven record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
    • Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis and identification of growth prospects
    • Prior involvement in outside sales, account management, or business growth is advantageous
    • Familiarity with CRM software is highly preferred

    We provide competitive compensation packages inclusive of base salary, commission, and benefits.     Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually + Uncapped Commission
