    • Personable: You know technical lingo and you have the knack for getting people to talk to you who initially may not be interested. You're exceedingly well networked on LinkedIn and Facebook. You treat the people we don't end up hiring with respect.
    • Eye for talent: You listen carefully to what our teams really need and take that to identify the winning candidates quickly.
    • You pride yourself on quality, not quantity, and you try to make the process efficient for everyone, not just yourself.

    Requirements and Experience:

    • Minimum of five years as a technical recruiter with a history of results & proven performance delivering high-bar tech talent
    • Solid writing and verbal communication skills
    • Strong self-sourcing skills and ability to use various Recruiting tools to find qualified candidates (Familiar with online recruiting methods, blogging & forums)
    • Familiarity with an applicant tracking system
    • Ability to recruit mid to senior level candidates
    • Organized and efficient with strong time management skills
    • Provide input into diversity strategy, analyze progress/results and develop strategic recommendations for improvement
    • Maintain a strong network, understand the competitive landscape and adapt approaches to differentiate the organization in the marketplace.

    • Ab Initio, AWS Cloud, Big Data, Cognos, Collibra, Data Analysts, Data Modelers, Data Quality Specialists, Data Scientists, Data Stage, Hadoop, MDM, Informatica
    • Informatica Data Quality (IDQ),ETL, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
    • OBIEE, Oracle PL/SQL, Python, QlikSense, Qlikview, SAS, Scala,
    • Spark, Splunk, Tableau, Talend, Teradata
