    The Princeton Group is a technology search firm with offices in Metro Park NJ and NYC. We are seeking a recruiter for our NJ office based at Metro Park.

    Our mission is to provide a high level of personalized service for our clients, and to create the best career matches for our clients and candidates alike.

    As a Technical Recruiter you will be a career advisor to both new and existing candidates by providing insight into market intelligence and compensation expectations.

    This role will enable you to be creative, resourceful, and innovative as you network to enable technology professionals to have great career options.

    Comp 100k-150k. total including base and commission.


    Requirements:
    Will not be able to accept Visa transfer candidates at this time.
    4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university
    This is a full-time position (M-F)
    Previous Recruiting, Consulting, or Agency Recruiting experience is a MUST

    Must be entrepreneurial in spirit and eager to learn the business, with a high level of energy and positivity for success.
