The Senior Account Manager (To Service Kaiser) should be based in the San Francisco, Bay Area with extensive experience working with different business units within Kaiser.
Maxonic has been servicing the Kaiser account for the last couple years and is seeking to hire a professional who has a proven track record in servicing the client.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Maxonic Business Partners, Sales, and Talent Acquisition teams with their unique business model of staffing.
Maxonic processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for servicing Kaiser. Define and implement strategies that will help Maxonic become a strategic solution provider. Build long-term relationships with Kaiser and help them fill their technology resource needs and contribute to their growth.
Track and review all processes and parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics in the direction of the business goals.
Build excellent customer relationships at the C-level in the client organization. Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level IT consulting. Well versed in IT/Technology. Responsible for constant interaction with managers & VMS. Understand the skills, strengths, and interest areas of the resources for better alignment to open positions. Coach and mentor the teams to deliver consistent deliverables with high-quality parameters. Well aware of the Recruitment life cycle and Staffing. Maintain relations with Kaiser. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Must be independent and a self-starter. Excellent presentation skills and pleasing personality.QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ Years of experience in Business Development/ New Client Acquisition in the staffing domain
Approach New Client Acquisition:
Direct Clients, VMS/MSP and generate business from them. Experience working with Kaiser. Ability to think strategically. Proven leadership and relationship building skills (networking). Business acumen, attention to detail, Project Management. Adherence to Ethical business conduct. Bachelor's Degree Required.
