In this role, you will have the opportunity to

  • Act as a Senior Representative of the organization to drive highimpact, complex accounts
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships with large accounts
  • Establish relationships and develop stakeholder strategy and plan with the different predominately focusing on stakeholders including decision makers and C-Suite level to maximize IDT's value proposition. Maintains documentation of key competitors' product offerings including options, pricing, and positioning
  • Establish and maintains close working relationships with key crossfunctional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations; Negotiates complex deals that meet customer needs, while ensuring IDT profitability targets are achieved

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of direct field sales experience or MBA or PhD in a Life Science discipline with 5 years of direct related field sales experience.
  • Previous key accounts management experience with clear examples of winning deals and driving expansion at key accounts.
  • Personally, accountable and takes ownership, operating with transparency and is trusted
  • Communicates openly and clearly, understands, influences and engages others to get input and cross;
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.

The salary range for this role is _$165,000 - $190,000._ This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
