Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Nashua team. This role involves strategic market expansion, customer acquisition, and maximizing revenue opportunities through a commission-based structure focused on gross margin results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to attract new clients and expand market presence.
Identify and target potential clients in the technology and software sectors, initiating relationships and securing contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Provide regular reports on sales results, market conditions, and new opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
