Introduction


We are a leading provider of external Attack Surface Management and Continuous Automated Red Teaming and are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to help lead, shape, and implement scalable software solutions for our Cyber Security platform.

You'll work with our red team, researchers, and developers to shape the direction of our products.

Your Role and Responsibilities


As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be a software development leader who actively develops solutions to make our product and development experience better.

In addition you will help us scale our development efforts by managing careers on the team, scaling the hiring and development process, and partnering with product to ideate and deliver an exceptional product.

We are looking for driven software professionals who love to help teams grow and deliver innovative, scalable software.

If you enjoy balancing multiple efforts, debating software architecture, actively developing code and championing new process improvements we are the company for you.

Being an early entrant in a fast-paced domain you must enjoy both coaching and rolling up your sleeves and helping the team to deliver.

You have at your fingertips a mastery of several software frameworks and deployment technologies. You have experience with at least one cloud provider API. You have a history of leading a team and are capable of quickly learning new technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 8+ years of experience in modern programming language (Go, Python, JavaScript, or Ruby)
  • Experience as a technical lead in multiple projects in an agile environment
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies such as GCP, AWS, Azure, or Rackspace
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable SaaS based solutions Experience as a people manager and Individual Contributor
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Expertise with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud computing platforms
  • Expertise with both frontend and backend development
  • Experience working with data pipelining solutions

The salary will vary depending on your jobrelated skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be prorated for those who start working during the calendar year.
