As a **Senior** **Performance Marketing Manager**, you will create, optimize and manage marketing campaigns for our clients' services and products as well as lead a small team of junior marketers. We are looking for ambitious, dynamic team members who want to experience our unique approach to managing direct response marketing campaigns.

Build up the US Native Media Buying team

minimum 3 years of experience in (performance/digital) marketing and ideally native advertising (NOT A MUST)
experience working with Taboola and Outbrain (is a BIG PLUS)
the ability to think outside the box and approach problems creatively.
fluent English speaking and writing skills (additional languages are a PLUS)
ideally already experience in a management position
worked in an agency or small company before
knowledge of photoshop or other basic design and video editing software is also desirable but not a must
