Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join their team.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to promote our client's properties, attract potential buyers, and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties and generate leads.
Create compelling content for various marketing channels including social media, email newsletters, website, and print materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Utilize CRMS (Customer Relationship Management Systems) to track leads, analyze data, and optimize marketing efforts.
Execute email marketing campaigns using email marketing tools to nurture leads and maintain communication with clients.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to recommend innovative strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in communications, marketing, public relations, graphic design, or similar field.
1 to 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
High level of energy and attention to detail to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media platforms.
Experience with CRMS (Customer Relationship Management Systems) for lead management.
Proficiency in email marketing tools for campaign execution and analysis.
Experience with Google AdWords and GA4 for campaign optimization and performance tracking.
