    Job Description: Engagea Comm is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team in Washington DC. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and have a passion for marketing in a fast-paced environment.

    Job: Full time
    Pay Range: $23.25- $32.00 per hour

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities
    • Create and manage content for various marketing channels including online, print, and social media platforms
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve desired results
    • Manage and maintain customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
    • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, tools, and techniques
    • Proficient in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics and social media management software
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
