    Job Description:

    Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to promote our client's properties, attract potential buyers, and enhance brand visibility.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties and generate leads.
    • Create compelling content for various marketing channels including social media, email newsletters, website, and print materials.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.
    • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
    • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Utilize CRMS (Customer Relationship Management Systems) to track leads, analyze data, and optimize marketing efforts.
    • Execute email marketing campaigns using email marketing tools to nurture leads and maintain communication with clients.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to recommend innovative strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in communications, marketing, public relations, graphic design, or similar field.
    • 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • High level of energy and attention to detail to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
    • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media platforms.
    • Experience with CRMS (Customer Relationship Management Systems) for lead management.
    • Proficiency in email marketing tools for campaign execution and analysis.
    • Experience with Google AdWords and GA4 for campaign optimization and performance tracking.
