Engagea Comm is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team in Washington DC.
This role will play a key part in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance brand awareness.

$23.25- $32.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities
Create and manage content for various marketing channels including online, print, and social media platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve desired results
Manage and maintain customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, tools, and techniques
Proficient in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics and social media management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
