    Description

    Il Campaign Marketing Specialist è responsabile della gestione, implementazione e delivery di campagne di direct marketing fungendo da punto di contatto ed expertise per l'implementazione tecnologica. I suoi principali obiettivi sono: 1) Programmazione e attuazione delle strategie di direct marketing al fine di ottenere gli obbiettivii prefissati sulla customer base e miglioramento continuo dei kpi specifici. 2) Ottimizzazione delle campagne di direct marketing (Email, WA, SMS...) journey di marketing automation garantendo l'efficacia per ciascun touchpoint/canale/device. 3) Supportare l'implementazione di progettualità di marketing, a partire dalla massimizzazione dell'adoption dello strumento, contribuendo alla definizione delle best practice in termini di adozione e monitoraggio.
    Responsabilità Chiave

    1.01 Collabora con i team interni (membri del team marketing, store managers, consumer egagement e digital division), con l'obiettivo di accrescere in termini di risultato e in termini di programmi di direct marketing
    1.02 Programma e costruisce le campagne di direct marketing
    1.03 Supporta lo sviluppo e l'esecuzione delle iniziative di Omnichannel marketing e Omnichannel operation (es. mail transazionali)
    1.04 Identifica opportunità di crescita e di efficienza delle campagne di direct marketing, intercettando e proponendo soluzioni innovative legate allo strumento (es. Salesforce new solutions) e best practices
    1.05 Presidia e garantisce l'erogazione delle campagne di direct marketing, in termini di timing e contenuti. Propone eventuali efficientamenti al processo di delivery.
    1.06 Sintetizza e condivide i risultati durante ogni campagna con visione omnichannel (i.e. channel-level performance results, feedback from cross-teams and learnings/insights for future campaigns)
    1.07 Valuta la possibilità di attivare A/B tests, surveys, creative and copy tests, al fine di migliorare le performance di ogni campagna
