Responsibilities:

Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
Develop effective negotiation strategies to close contracts with Buyers' Agents
Present selling points and suggested asking prices to sellers in a concise and clear manner
Generate new leads and business opportunities
Reach out to clients and provide routine reports on the status of their listing to promote customer satisfaction and referrals

Qualifications:

Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry
Able to conduct indepth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
Live in Maryland or Pennsylvania
