**Sales Associate Reward:**

**Sales Associate Responsibilities:**
Consult with customers about their financial and personal objectives
Identify customer credit needs to provide appropriate loan solutions and product offering
Follow up on company provided leads and set appointments
Generate referrals or new leads when needed to meet personal and company sales objectives
Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers
Provide exceptional customer service
Work with customers and branch finance team through the entire lending cycle
**Hours for Sales Associate:**
5-day work week
No Sundays
OT pay for any hours worked over 40
Work most Saturdays with a day off during the week
Scheduled between M-F 8-7, Sat 9-6
45+ hours a week
**Sales Associate Requirements:**
Sales experience that involved commission, incentive, goals or related pay for performance
Social media and/or business development experience is a plus
The ability to work some early evening and Saturday hours
Valid drivers license
