    About the role:

    This is a unique opportunity to lead performance creative for a large, fast-growing digital agency.

    You'll be primarily responsible for creative performance across a portfolio of large brands spending in the high 6-, 7- & 8-figures on social ads, display, native, and other digital channels. You'll lead & grow a talented team of designers, copywriters & UX pros. And help redefine the standards for creative agency-wide.

    About you:

    Your gift is producing digital ads & campaigns that work – driving measurable, meaningful growth for any brand lucky enough to work with you.

    You have a passion for digital ads – concepting, developing USPs, angles, hooks, copy & visuals that grab attention... and funnels that convert cold traffic into customers.

    You know the main ad platforms thoroughly and you're up to date on the latest developments.

    You can re-package & re-position a plain-vanilla offer to make it instantly more desirable.

    You're confident. And competitive.

    You don't just want to beat the control... you want to see your team cut CPAs in half .

    You know (& love) direct-response copy. You've studied the greats... and transcribed long-form sales letters by hand.

    You're like a lethal weapon on any ad account.

    And because of all that...

    You want to take a talented crew under your wing and transform it into a scrappy, goal-smashing, team living on the bleeding edge of creative trends.

    You know you can do it by leading by example, relentlessly challenging and pushing back, and developing talent and raising standards through coaching to get there.

    What you'll do:

    60% of your time will go toward "LMA" (leadership, management, accountability) developing talent & raising standards

    • Mentor & manage a team of designers, editors, copywriters & UX pros
    • Bridge the gap between media buyers, clients & creatives
    • Manage & optimize the creative production & testing process
    • Build the team to handle increased demand & scale
    • Curate & develop a network of influencers, UGC creators & brand partnerships

    40% of your time will go to producing
