    What You'll Do:
    The Sales Analyst supports Menards retailer in all aspects of selling products and meeting customer needs. Professional support functions in a fast-paced environment, dealing with moderately complex issues and managing conflicting priorities. Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities. Create recommendations to support business decision-making.

    Detail-oriented, extremely well organized, and able to manage time and multi-task to accomplish a multitude of tasks, with conflicting priorities and timelines.


    Proficient administrative tasks:
    PC skills -Internet, MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and outlook. Excellent communication skills written/verbal digitally and in-person are a must. Previous experience working with large retail accounts desired.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Weekly review of system-generated reports (RSA/MSI) to capture item status changes and store distribution changes.
    Lead weekly CPFR calls with key supply teams to review performance metrics and drive actions for improvement.
    Perform analysis of Menards retail and dotcom performance to track performance and uncover mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
    Track, measure, and communicate program execution and performance at Menards
    Assist with management of Menards display program.
    Creation and coordination management of Line Review needs
    Ensure monthly Menards forecast is uploaded and reviewed with Feit planning team.
    Work closely with customer service to resolve any issues with store/consumers.
    Track and review purchase orders
    Responsible for new item set-up / item updates in Menards systems.
    Manage images and content for Menards
    Other duties may be assigned.

    What You'll Need:
    Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Must be extremely organized
    Required skills include public speaking, problem-solving and analytical skills, multi-tasking, organization, leadership, and time management.
    Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
    Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
    Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
    Retail analyst experience and Knowledge Required
    Position reports to office in Pico Rivera / onsite daily.

    Required Education:
    Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Pay Range for the position is$70,000.00 to $80,000.00annual salary (exempt)

    Additional Data:
    Position is onsite Monday through Friday in our Pico Rivera, CA office. Position does not offer relocation package. No remote work available for this position.
