Qualifications

Knowledge of Internet protocols including TCP/IP and related protocols in a switched Ethernet environment. (required)
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, find appropriatesolutions, and follow through to completion. (required)
Ability to write grammatically correct, accurate and wellorganized documentationand training materials. (required)
Ability to stay current in knowledge and skills of hardware and softwaretechnology. (required)
Proficient in independently managing tasks, prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines, and completing work as directed by supervisors. (required)
