  • Led product diligence team to model and identify technology one-time and run rate carveout costs ($42M and $96M, respectively) for a $2.3bn global business, ensuring accurate valuations and outlining investment required to operate the business as standalone
  • Synergy modeling and integration planning for a strategic buyer’s $5bn acquisition, increasing cash flow through divestitures and establishing an integrated go-forward operating model for each function to maximize operational efficiency and profitability 
  • Evaluated ~$1.3bn portfolio company’s value proposition, competitive landscape, product roadmap, and technological maturity to strategically position the business for sale; largest sell-side advisory engagement to date
