    Onsite: Downtown Los Angeles, CA

    Summary:

    • Were looking for someone who has experience working on an Automatic Dialing System & System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
    • Tasks related to troubleshooting, ordering Yubi Keys, and Docking Station setup.
    • Knowledge in ServiceNow.
    • This person will demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills and will be able to work in a team environment.

    Job Duties:

    • This is an entry-level position responsible for performing the duties of an IT Support Analyst I.
    • Intake of calls using Automatic Call Distribution and creating tickets within ServiceNow.
    • Learning and responding to customer requests to resolve software and hardware issues.
    • Escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
    • Learning to remotely troubleshoot and install software.

    Desires Experience Below:

    • High school diploma or certificate of high school equivalency and 2years of relevant experience; or an associate degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field experience.
    • Intermediate knowledge MSOffice (Windows 10 & Team), ServiceNow, Tanium, SCCM, Adobe and Active Directory .
    • Demonstrates a positive attitude, customer service skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teammates.
    • Valid California Class C Driver License that allows you to drive in the course of your employment.

    The hiring range for this position is $38 to $42 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
