    Description

    Spring Place is a private membership club and co-working space, connecting work, leisure, and culture for a community of global influencers, creative entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.

    We are looking for a hospitality-focused and organized individual to join our Beverly Hills team as an Event Sales Manager. The role involves driving sales and profitability by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring successful event planning, coordination, and execution. This position might require flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event success.

    This position is based in Los Angeles, with training possibly taking place at Spring Place (NYC).

    Essential Functions and Duties:

    • Create and manage event budgets within financial constraints while upholding quality standards
    • Identify new business opportunities through various sales techniques
    • Conduct site visits and client meetings as required
    • Generate BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) for the team
    • Hold weekly BEO meetings with the team to review event details
    • Quickly respond to sales inquiries
    • Act as the main client contact, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction
    • Manage inbound and outbound sales for new events and memberships
    • Deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients
    • Build relationships with Members and Guests to drive future sales
    • Establish and maintain relationships with event partners
    • Negotiate terms and conditions for events
    • Coordinate events end-to-end with other departments and vendors
    • Document all steps via TripleSeat
    • Monitor sales targets and financial goals
    • Handle all emails professionally and promptly
    • Ensure accurate event coordination for success
    • Your role may involve additional tasks as needed

    Qualifications/ Skills

    • 2-4 years experience in event sales or management
    • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Experience with high equity brands and projects
    • Passionate team player with strong drive and confidence
    • Supervisory experience with attention to detail and relationship-building skills
    • Experience with high-profile events
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to work flexible hours
    • Reliable, positive, organized, enthusiastic, and able to multitask
