- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar
- At least 2+ years of experience within Digital Marketing professionally
- Background working with GSuite/Workspace, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, MS ads, etc.
- Experience with email marketing
- Analytical and tech savvy acumen
- Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, learn dash LMS, or similar.
- Background in the natural health industry
- Actively embracing healthy living
- Experience working with online courses, educational content
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a start-up.
- Developing strategies to increase leads, and conversion rates for digital products
- Designing and implementation of well-mapped out sales funnel including opt-ins, automations, and email sequences
- Collaborate with larger Marketing department for any cross-channel promotions
- Provide weekly status reports in a group setting with recommended action items.
- Helping create trackable links for the team to track the progress of marketing efforts.
- Research solutions to launch new plugins/software on websites to increase productivity, usability, or new business models.

We are seeking an experienced self-starter to help out with the educational channel of a top Health and Wellness company that creates and sells digital courses and certifications. This is a hybrid role based in Houston TX. The main role of the Digital Marketer is to build revenue and audience growth for the channel. The Digital Marketer should have a solid understanding of how customer funnels work–optimizing content so that it is engaging and turns visitors into leads and ultimately customers. Responsibilities will include growing an online educational institute and its related courses, as well as all the necessary touchpoints (Telegram, Facebook ads, google ads, email, website, etc.) that will lead to the purchase of digital products. We want someone who is passionate, driven, motivated and embodies an entrepreneurial spirit while also helping to change people's lives in a fast-paced environment.
