Job Summary:


Responsible for handling all inbound sales leads for the company and providing relevant and timely information on new homes and communities to potential buyers.

Manages lead nurturing process through consistent and intentional follow up efforts and collaboratively works with online sales manager to reach established sales and appointment goals.


Objective of the position:


Be initial point of contact for Legend Homes and Princeton Classic Homes inbound sales leads, develop and nurture relationships and ultimately convert leads to sales through follow up, appointment setting and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.


Supervisory responsibilities:

No direct reports.

Expected to communicate regularly with the sales (both on-site and online) and marketing team to ensure objectives of the position are maintained.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • First point of contact for all leads and prospects and sets the tone for an excellent customer experience.
  • Actively manages all inbound leads from phone calls, website submissions and external listing sites throughout the region
  • Works directly with leads to deliver value and a tailored buying experience with the added focus of converting leads to appointments to sales
  • Works collaboratively with division and regional management and online sales manager to execute on established business plan sales goals
  • Maintains ownership of various Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and tracks on a monthly and weekly basis to assist in reaching team goals
  • Collaborates with online sales team and Sales and Marketing leadership to develop a proficient and evolving customer followup program
  • Demonstrates robust knowledge of product and communities, including close outs, new releases and grand openings throughout the region
  • Maintains VIP list and effectively and proactively communicates with VIPs to help ensure grand opening sales goals are met for communities
  • Utilizes Salesforce to maintain lead and follow up database and accuracy for division reporting
  • Utilizes technology such as live chat to engage with and connect to customers and recognizes and presents new opportunities for enhanced communication
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing team to develop and maintain lead generation activities (Business outreach, SimplyHome Partnership, Realtor relationships and referral relationship with our homeowners)

Education/Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
