The Aspenwood Company, a leader in the senior living industry has an opportunity for a part time experienced Social Media Marketing Coordinator.


Pay Rate:
$ $20.00/hr.


Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 25 hours/week


POSITION SUMMARY**Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Marketing, the Social Media Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to track key activities, evaluate their success, and identify how they contribute to the sales pipeline to ensure they are offering an adequate return on investment. Abides by and upholds company core values.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels. Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Business, Google Plus, etc.
  • Lead Content Audits to improve the overall experience of digital outlets and communicate opportunities to the appropriate parties. This will include performing content audits and content management of thirdparty sites.
  • Develop, plan, and oversee the execution of digital promotional activities. Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
  • Develop and execute Social Media Marketing strategies and plan a strong social media presence.
  • Use strong analytical ability to evaluate effectiveness of Social Media strategies, and make recommendations to improve results
  • Create, maintain, and implement a communitylevel social media postapproval process.
  • Member of the corporate emergency response team.
  • Positively contribute to the company's culture, energy, and growth.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, clinical judgment, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Promotes employee engagement and superior customer service with residents, resident guests, contractors, and other persons doing business with the community. Ability to deal tactfully with all situations. Openminded, listens to others, and follows the rules.
  • Responsible for coordinating multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines. Identifies and evaluates problems and possible causes to determine root causes and impacts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital technologies, or similar relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager
