Marketing Assistant

Position Overview:

The Marketing Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and initiatives.

This individual will collaborate closely with team members to assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, and other tasks aimed at promoting our brand and driving engagement.

Compensation:

$39,500 - $46,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Support the management of company social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and generating creative ideas to enhance our online presence.

Campaign Support: Aid in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring timely delivery and effective performance.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, maintaining marketing databases, and handling correspondence.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
