- Prospecting and qualification of potential future clients
- Manage an existing book of business while extending and expanding relationships through exceptional customer service to generate referrals/leads to other clients
- Establish and maintain excellent client relationships with current and future target clients
- Ensure clear documentation of sales progress, client/candidate communications and critical events in CRM platform
- Maintain accurate spreadsheet of open/ongoing requirements and project status to communicate with delivery team
- Collaborate with the delivery team to facilitate the placement process (presentation of candidates, interview scheduling/preparation, debriefing and salary negotiation)
- Review resumes thoroughly and qualify prior to submission to clients
- Establish both short-term and long-term account strategies, including revenue forecasting
- Participate in key industry events to help strengthen the Genius Road brand
- Provide input and customer feedback to support marketing initiatives
- Assist in training and supporting new team members
- Stay abreast of current staffing trends and recommend creative strategies to facilitate continued new business development
