    Reports To: CEO

    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Full-time

    Compensation: $18-$21/hour

    Location/Travel: Corporate Office, some local errands as needed

    Job Summary:

    Join our team at Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) as an Administrative Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and staff members at our Corporate location. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate office.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support the executive team with their day to day needs (Ex. Manage calendars, credit card receipts, etc)
    • Support day to day administrative operations with the corporate staff
    • Manage the front desk as needed
    • Answer and direct phone calls for corporate team
    • Coordinate logistics of events in office. Ex. birthday celebrations, leadership conferences, etc
    • Manage birthday/anniversary cards (signatures and mailing)
    • Support team with booking travel for staff as needed
    • Print and mail clinical Flight Path workbooks
    • Approve, order, and distribute corporate orders
    • Check and distribute mail and packages
    • Pack and mail new hire welcome bags
    • Manage Calm/DoorDash users
    • Distribute faxes to appropriate employees
    • Drop off marketing items to San Antonio clinics
    • Ship marketing materials, and other packages as needed
    • Ensure the corporate office always remains organized and tidy
    • Run local errands as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    Education and Experience:

    Required:

    • High School diploma or GED equivalent
    • Reliable transportation
    • Proficiency in MS office (email, excel, PowerPoint)

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • Experience working in an administrative setting
    • Experience working in a growing organization
    • Experience supporting executive-level staff is a plus.
    • Familiarity with healthcare or behavioral health industry is advantageous but not required.
