Exceptional candidates with a Bachelor's degree and extensive relevant experience may also be considered. A strong educational foundation ensures a deep understanding of the underlying principles and methodologies in AI and machine learning.Professional Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of designing and implementing AI solutions at scale.
Hands-on experience in applying AI technologies to real-world problems is crucial for success in this role.Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with common open AI frameworks such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, and others. Proficiency in these frameworks allows for rapid prototyping and implementation of AI solutions.
Advanced Prompt Engineering:
The candidate should be an expert in prompt engineering, able to craft effective prompts that elicit the desired responses from large language models (LLMs).
They should be an "LLM whisperer," capable of understanding the nuances and capabilities of modern LLMs and extracting the most value from them.
This skill is critical for developing AI solutions that leverage the power of LLMs to generate human-like responses and perform complex tasks.
Experience with advanced LLM orchestration techniques and agent-based AI systems: Understanding how to effectively combine and coordinate multiple AI models and agents is essential for building sophisticated AI solutions.
Programming Skills:
Proficiency in Python programming.
Python is the primary language used in the AI and machine learning community, and a strong command of Python is necessary for implementing and integrating AI models and pipelines.
