Salesforce Experience: My journey into the Salesforce ecosystem began 7, where I've had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects and gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Over the years, I've honed my skills in Salesforce administration, customization, and automation. 

Salesforce Solution Engineering Course: My commitment to excellence led me to undertake a dedicated Salesforce course specializing in Solution Engineering. This program has equipped me with a deeper understanding of how to align Salesforce technology with business goals. I've learned how to translate complex business requirements into innovative, scalable, and customized solutions. As a result, I'm well-versed in architecting tailored Salesforce solutions that drive ROI and business success.

Why Solution Engineering: My passion for Solution Engineering stems from the desire to bridge the gap between technology and business. I firmly believe that Salesforce, with its robust ecosystem of tools and capabilities, has the potential to revolutionize how businesses operate. Just before graduating from San Francisco State University, I started an internship at One World Solutions. There I spent my learning CRM as well as generating leads in the field. I would spend my time going to meetup events for startups and speaking with them in order to see what their pain points were and how we could help them be more successful. After this role I became a project manager for Sparklet another startup. Here I spent my time winning bids for projects online then working with them in order to build out their websites or mobile apps. Finally I landed the role at Salesforce where I was able dive into the ecosystem and learn why it was people loved it so much and how powerful it can be for businesses and their customers. 

I studied Industrial Design with a focus on Industrial technology at San Francisco State University. In this program I learned how solve problems creatively and allow my research to drive my solutions.
